Renata is the best in the business
Renata is not only the best owner but also the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever been to. Obsessed with every class I take from her and I truly see my body / mind transforming since working with her. Noa & Lydia are also so incredible. Loved every class. Highly recommend these amazing girls!!! Studio is always so clean and the most inviting environment.

The Best Workout
I started taking Rachel's reformer classes when O2 opened in Dallas- and after the first one, I thought "woah." I had never taken a class that was structured like hers and had such intentional core/muscle activation- and i'd been doing lagree&pilates since around 2017. Then I started taking 1:1 private mat lessons with her and she transformed the way I see and do pilates. You truly feel incredible after taking her class and she is also so fun to take class with- she makes it a fun, conversational atmosphere in all her classes. She emphasizes long, lean lines and helps you lean into your femininity and strength. The Niche studio is perfection and I love the video series on the app!
