Renata is the best in the business

Renata is not only the best owner but also the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever been to. Obsessed with every class I take from her and I truly see my body / mind transforming since working with her. Noa & Lydia are also so incredible. Loved every class. Highly recommend these amazing girls!!! Studio is always so clean and the most inviting environment.

The Best Workout

I started taking Rachel's reformer classes when O2 opened in Dallas- and after the first one, I thought "woah." I had never taken a class that was structured like hers and had such intentional core/muscle activation- and i'd been doing lagree&pilates since around 2017. Then I started taking 1:1 private mat lessons with her and she transformed the way I see and do pilates. You truly feel incredible after taking her class and she is also so fun to take class with- she makes it a fun, conversational atmosphere in all her classes. She emphasizes long, lean lines and helps you lean into your femininity and strength. The Niche studio is perfection and I love the video series on the app!

Niche or nowhere !!

Rachel and the rest of the Niche instructors are hands down the best!! The classes are challenging in the best way and leave me feeling better than ever. As someone who really prioritizes form and thinks that it really makes all the difference I appreciate how Rachel always prioritizes form and provides just the right cue during class that really takes a movement to the next level. Her classes are fresh and just flow so well. I will always keep coming back to Rachel and the other Niche instructors as no one else compares in their experience instructing, along with their genuine kindness and overall positive energy they all bring!

LOVE NICHE

I’ve been taking Rachel’s classes since September 2024. Her attention to detail, knowledge of women’s bodies, and signature method are next level. Every move has a purpose, and her cues are so precise you’ll feel muscles you didn’t even know existed. She’s completely changed my body and the way I connect to movement. Rachel creates such a kind, welcoming space—something that truly sets her apart. When I was new to Pilates, I had an uncomfortable experience during one of her mat classes at O2. Another student, who showed up late, raised her voice at me in front of the class because I wouldn’t move mid-exercise. I was on time and just following along, but it was upsetting. Rachel handled it with so much grace. She reported the situation to the front desk and had the disruptive student removed. Then she personally called me to apologize and make sure I felt supported. No other instructor has ever gone out of their way like that. It speaks volumes about the kind of space she cultivates—safe, respectful, and empowering. The fact that her method is now available through this app and at a new studio is such a gift. It brings the same intentional, body-aware experience right into your home—and it works. I Also want to shout out Lydia and Renata—two other amazing instructors whose classes I’ve taken and absolutely loved. The kind energy, flow, and strength you build from this team is seriously unmatched. So grateful to have access to all of them in one place.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but seeing a 1-star comment here felt so off base I had to speak up. I’ve had the privilege of knowing Rachel for years, and not only is she one of the most knowledgeable and gifted Pilates instructors out there — she’s also one of the kindest, most grounded humans I know. She’s poured her heart into this studio and this app. What she’s created is so much more than just a place to work out — it’s a space where you will feel safe, seen, and empowered in your body. The instructors are phenomenal, and the vibe is unmatched: inclusive, welcoming, and full of integrity. I couldn’t be prouder of her or more excited for what’s to come. Don’t let one off comment fool you — this app and this studio are something really special.
