Trash set up
I used peak for my truck loan and do not use them for any other banking. Because I don’t use them for any other banking it’s hard to make a payment. You’d think that it’d be super easy just type in my debit or credit cards numbers and bam payments done, or enroll one of my debit or credit cards in auto pay, but no that’s not an option. So the only thing I can do currently is wait till my bank routing account number is approved or pay over the phone which cost $20. Also, it’s dumb to use a bank account because it takes multiple days rather than instant. They need to add a button that says add payment option and card numbers should be taken like every other bank does. Not having auto pay aswell is terrible now I have to stay up on the payments mentally noted until it’s paid off. Terrible set up.
