Jamf Mobile Assist is a native iOS and iPadOS application that empowers “frontline managers” to
perform limited management and security tasks. These groups of frontline managers often fall between
IT teams and device end-users, and are sometimes response for the business outcomes of mobile
technology.

Jamf Mobile Assist app supports multiple modes based on high level use cases. The app currently
supports two different modes.

Device Helper Mode:
Triage and initiate remediation workflows on target devices such as clear passcode and device wipe

Assigner Mode:
Quick on-device setup though user guided assignment workflow
