Intermediation: The Platform connects Passengers with independent Safeers. All transportation is provided by Safeers, and a separate direct contract is formed between you and the Safeer for the actual ride.
Independent Contractor: Safeers are independent contractors. CityCab does not employ, control, or guarantee their performance beyond providing the technological connection.
Non‑Ride‑Hailing Services
Scope: The Platform also facilitates the ordering of delivery services, including food, groceries, documents, and other goods.
Item Restrictions: For delivery orders, prohibited items include cash, gold, jewelry, or other high‑value items. In addition, the declared value of any delivery must not exceed Lira 300,000.
Fulfillment: Depending on the service, delivery may be handled by Safeers or directly by a Partner (Self‑Delivery). In either case, CityCab acts solely as a technology facilitator, and the direct contractual relationship is with the independent provider or Partner.
Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, changes to the delivery address or order details may not be possible. Please confirm all details carefully before submission.
Payment Terms
Processing: Charges for Services are clearly stated at checkout and are payable via the payment methods provided on the Platform (e.g., cash, debit/credit cards, digital wallets).
Pre‑Authorization: In some instances, we may pre‑authorize an estimated amount on your payment method to ensure sufficient funds.
Promotional Offers: Any Promo Codes or discounts will be subject to their specific terms and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.
Refunds and Cancellations: Charges are generally final and non‑refundable unless a cancellation is initiated by CityCab under circumstances specified herein. In the case of a cancelled order, any refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
