Reviews for 3ThingsPal: ADHD Focus List
Perfecta Rossel
Finally, an app that understands my ADHD brain
I usually download productivity apps, use them for two days, get overwhelmed by the 'wall of awful' (overdue tasks), and delete them. 3ThingsPal is the first one that stuck. The limit of only 3 tasks is genius—it forces me to prioritize instead of dumping my whole brain into a list I’ll never finish. I love that it wipes the slate clean every day so there’s no 'snowball of shame.' The widgets are clean and look great on my home screen. If you struggle with focus, this is a total game changer. Simple, beautiful, and effective.
