Paid Customer, Still Hitting a Brick Wall
Look, I paid for the subscription, alright? Money left my account, no problem there. But the app still throws me straight into the paywall like I never paid a dime. That’s not “uncensored,” that’s just sloppy. I emailed support -crickets. Messaged them on Telegram - tumbleweeds. Zero acknowledgment, zero fixes, zero respect for a paying customer. I don’t mind paying for software when it works. But if you’re gonna take the money, at least unlock the door. Right now it feels like I paid cover charge and the bouncer still won’t let me in. Fix the account sync or refund people. Until then, this is a bad look.
