Founder’s RPG: Tycoon

Founder’s RPG is a game where you continue your journey by making decisions between two options on each step; each step is a week! The goal is to survive your company as much as you can.

Game Core

You will be making decisions for hiring interns, increasing or decreasing wages, and protecting your office with insurance in case disaster strikes. Keep your investors close or your finances may hit zero, ending your run. In short, you will make the same tough decisions a real founder makes.

Primary Metrics

There are 4 primary metrics in the game:

Finance: The lifeblood of your company. Nearly every decision affects finance, and if it hits zero, it’s game over. Keep employee happiness, customer relations, product quality, and finance balanced.
Product: Customers expect quality. Invest in top talent to keep product quality,and your prices and customer count, moving in the right direction.
Company: This reflects your public identity. Keep employees happy and customers satisfied or watch the metric, and your company, crash.
Competitors: Rivals never rest. Your choices shape both your trajectory and theirs, so make logical calls to stay ahead.
