Cancellation Impossible – Beware Non-Refundable Traps
Booked a trip thinking the price was great, but made a small error. Tried cancelling right after confirmation (under 5 mins) – system blocks it completely, labels it “non-refundable” with massive penalties or no refund option. No grace period, unlike many other sites. Chat support drags on with template answers, no real help. Lost most of my money over a tiny mistake. Lesson learned: Never book through Trip.com – always go direct to airline/hotel for better cancellation policies. This app prioritizes locking your cash over customer service. Extremely disappointed!
