Transfer function sorely lacking
Forced to download the update, which is objectionable. The external transfers feature is missing completely. Whereas I have outside banks listed within my desktop app, in the updated mobile version, none were there! And a giant advertising banner on the home screen is distracting, obscuring, and cannot seemingly be removed. Total fail!

No respect for bank commitments
Bank promised $500 for new small business accounts within 6 weeks. No payment, no response to a call with a dishonest customer service who promised to call me back and she did not. Had to file a BBB complaint. Then, they finally sent a letter saying (yes, you deserve the $500 but you have to wait another 6 to 8 weeks to get it). Till now, they did not pay .. telling everyone to avoid this bank.
