Clients say it lags on there end a lot and it does take awhile to load. But otherwise it works well and it’s easy to set up and use.

Scheduling- too much manual handling
I really like a lot of features of the app first and foremost. I’m on the dog trainers edition, and I offer a plethora of services for training but also for care. Many of my clients have a hard time booking and scheduling meaning it is not easily accessible to the average person booking through a widget. I often have to do my scheduling manually, so if I have two drop in visits for the same customer on the same day they have to be in two separate invoices- charging the customer twice and involving two receipts unless I go in and specifically add another service to allow for multiples. It is just annoying in the scheduling. I also wish they allowed for a coupon code instead of manually creating a discounted service so that it can be better integrated into my website promos. Overall not bad for the other parts- orders and payment are easy, it does keep appointments easy to follow and organized as well as managing client info- however I’ve had clients with multiple pets only be able to upload vaccination records for only one pet. I think there’s still some work to be done for the price point.
