Lost several of my favorite clothing items
FlyCleaners is truly awful. Do not use them! The first time I tried to book with them, they did not show up. The second time, they showed up and then rang the doorbell at least 10 times in the 30 seconds it took for me to come down the stairs. Then, worst of all, they lost a bunch of my clothing, including an extremely sentimental and irreplaceable flannel, as well as a cardigan that I’ve loved and worn for years. I cannot tell you the amount of sadness and stress I’ve dealt with since using them ONE time. Please, if you value your clothing and your sanity, do not use this company’s “service”.
