Banking as I used to remember it
I have been with Fidelity Bank now for approximately six years. I have never known a bank that still actually applied customer service to a level as these guys do. I truly can say that these guys are more than five stars. If you’re tired of dealing with large, impersonal and generic banks make the switch.

Poor customer service
Sad to see this bank forget the people who they serve. Courtesy calls are a thing of the past. They have become more interested in overdraft fees. I’ll be looking for a more people friendly bank to do business with.
