What an awful experience!
Seldom have I been so frustrated as I was after trying to access my digital subscription to Family Tree Magazine. I tried both the iPhone and iPad and after much wasted time and rigamarole was able to look at some content on my iPad, but couldn’t leave without actually quitting the app. I was then unable to log in or access support. The form-generated request for support was actually rejected as an invalid address. I tried to call the 800 number listed on the website only to be given a different number to call. I have canceled my subscription and deleted the app, and I recommend that anyone serious about genealogy look elsewhere.

Disappointed; I want a refund!
I purchased a year’s subscription with access online, as well. Even though I’ve logged in on the app, I’m continually getting a message that I need to subscribe. What kind of sham is this?
