I love India Movies , the reason I subscribed to Z5 , lately shows that I watch are difficult for it to be subtitled. I do refresh, log out , deactivate app , problem continues making my shows not enjoyable. Please kindly correct those issues . Thank you.

Not live TV, No cancellation, No refunds
I took this subscription last year and requested cancelation it’s immediately. They didn’t cancel but I was provided instructions to disable auto renewal which I followed. This year they still charged me by auto renewal. I sent email to support few days ago when I saw pending charge, no one responded yet. I reinstalled app to check what’s going on and I was not able to log in until yesterday, today I see a charge and I’m able to login. Now app is showing an option to cancel but cancellation email says, subscription will be active until next year and no refunds. I know next year they will again renew without consent.This is pure fraud and cheating.
