MyWinners is licensed by the State of Connecticut to accept wagers on throughbred racing from patrons that are onsite. This application enables patrons who have registered and been authenticated ontrack and ADW (Registered user), to access our wagering system in accord with the rules and regulations of MyWinners & the State of Connecticut. MyWinners collects the location information of the patron while using the application and our advanced geo-fencing features permit the access to the app only in legally permissible locations in the state of Connecticut.
