This app provides a wide variety of sounds. Some are simply great nature sounds. Others are different forms and frequencies of white noise. How Does This APP Work?
The sounds in this app can be an effective tool to manage your tinnitus using sound therapy and sound masking to make tinnitus symptoms less noticeable. This masking effect can be particularly effective at night when the surrounding environment is quieter. Not worth it
Those of us who suffer from tinnitus will almost try anything to relieve even a small bit of the symptoms. This app is nothing more than more annoying noise on top of the already internal tinnitus noise. It’s nothing but nature sounds and white noise. It only serves to make things more unbearable.
