App not allowing log in, even Face ID not working again. Seems like again it was the recent update. On hold now with customer service.

**** 02/28/26 UPDATE BELOW: 02/25/26 - Have been unable to log into the app for over a month now. I’m using the correct credentials, it looks like it’s going to log on, and then the app crashes. It used to work perfectly and then early Jan 2026, it just started to crash. Have tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. I use it for the IRIS Ally safety device and now have NO access to how my elderly mother is doing, or if her device is charged, or her whereabouts - however, they have no problem collecting my monthly payment! I have no access or sense of security as they advertise! BE RESPONSIBLE AND PLEASE CORRECT YOUR CRASHING APP *********************** 02/28/26 ~ Update: They just updated the app and everything is running as it previously was THANK YOU!!!
