Update: my account couldn't be found because after several attempts and emails, it was successfully canceled. The person that helped me was friendly though. The app is useless. They’d be better off just taking it down altogether. And forget about canceling!! I’ve been trying to cancel this membership for over a month!! $24.95 a month for no results and a half functioning process is WILD!! There’s no way to cancel without calling in so I’m just going to cancel my credit card and get a new card #.
