Not worth the time
This referral program is not worth the time. Out of the 50 referrals we have responded to, we have only had about 5 people respond to our voicemails or emails and have only secured 1 job. When I asked the referral program support if the leads are set only to one person they said they are sent out to many people in the program. If you are not the first one to respond within minutes of the request, you will not get a response.

Unprofessional
I have 44,000 points. No one explained to me how this app works. Apparently I’m not getting any leads because I did not know how to use the app. I will no longer be spending my money at Home Depot.

Great program terrible app in the last 3 months
This app used to work amazingly well! In the last three months it has been a complete brick. If Home Depot wants Pros to use this platform they must fix this app immediately.

Getting leads
I do love that you don’t have to pay for leads and it just comes out of points but the leads themselves are awful!! Home Depot sends the leads out to multiple people so even if you respond to it within 15 minutes the app could’ve sent it to someone way before you but you just lost 40 points because you accepted the lead. Also the leads themselves are hit or miss, I bet 20% of the ones I accept even answer the phone. Overall this app won’t keep you busy for leads and is often frustrating to deal with.
