Scam Service
This is a scam run by Home Depot to get you to sign up. There is no work offered and they just want you to buy your materials from them in the hopes they’ll send you work. I have had my background check done by Lowes/Costco/Walmart for installer services and was never charged for the service. They charged $42+ dollars and label it as “background check” fees so you can’t dispute the charge once you realize it’s a scam. Buyer Beware!

Much Improved Stable and Reliable Now
Update: The issues mentioned in my previous review have been addressed. The app is now stable, works as expected, and notifications for new leads are coming through without any problems. Thank you to the development team for fixing the issues and improving the app. It’s been working great so far. —— I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the Pro Referral app. Every time I try to log in, the app crashes and logs me out, even after reinstalling. On top of that, it doesn’t send notifications for new leads, which has caused missed opportunities and delayed responses to customers, ultimately affecting performance. Overall, the app is basically unusable in its current state and definitely needs to be fixed.
