Cant Download photos
Unless photos are tagged and posted to the schools main feed parents can’t download photos. Famly should use standard iOS features in their app when you select a photo from anywhere in the app. The current feature puts an undue burden on teachers to tag stuff when it should just work when they post a pic in a direct message thread. The “security” explanation I saw from Famly doesn’t hold up at all. I can download pictures from the news feed, of other peoples kids, but can’t download pictures of my own kid from the DM section. This is just poorly thought out. Please fix it

No way to pay through app
We’ve been trying to set up a way to pay our monthly bills but the app doesn’t allow you to set up a payment option. We’ve tried downloading the app on different devices but we keep getting a pop up alert saying “something went wrong”. No one to chat to about the issues or nowhere we can contact someone to help. Very frustrating
