The voice message won’t play!!
Been going on months. Deleted and reinstalled a few times. Desktop works fine though. Please fix whatever the bug is.

Not functional
Our practice has been in the dark for weeks. The app won't open at all for any of us. We just get a text alert and have to call the patient. Essentially no different than a pager. We have notified the company but no fix has been offered
