Terrible support. Season ticket holders beware
They have the worst support I have ever experienced in my life. After ai chat responds with the same article that led you to chat all it does is tell you to wait. Then after a bit forces you to open a ticket. You cannot see your open tickets by the way. To make matters worse I sold season tickets for two games and have yet to be paid for any of it. It doesn’t show up in my pending payouts. Supposedly you are supposed to receive an email if there is an issue with your payout information. That didn’t happen. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone for any reason. I am stuck with it as long as I’m a season ticket holder and the organization uses it.
