Literally, the only reason I had a platinum policy was to use this app
I will be canceling my CIGNA policy effectively because I can’t use this app

Misinformation and using location in background.
In my week first using the app, I’ve seen some interesting alerts about things I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. However, not sure they should claim real-time alerts. There is now a case of Coronavirus in Guatemala and the country has banned arrivals from Europeans, Canadians and USA, yet the app makes no mention of that. Update: alert now says that the Mexico/USA border is closed, where that isn’t the truth. Mexico has not closed the border to incoming people yet. USA has closed border to non-essential travel only. This kind of misinformation is dangerous. As well, the app is using my location in the background while I have settings set to only use location while using the app. Will be reported to Apple.
