“Content of full text should be greater than that of body”
This bug has been present when try to send a response to my ticket submitters, ever since the unnecessary overhaul of the look and feel of the app. After 4 back to back revisions of the app, and this message still persisting, we are unable to use the Freshdesk app, just the web portal.

I can’t reply to ticket
The view has changed to a card view. I want to go back to the table view. I also can’t reply to tickets. Getting an error saying the body isn’t long enough.
