“Content of full text should be greater than that of body”
This bug has been present when try to send a response to my ticket submitters, ever since the unnecessary overhaul of the look and feel of the app. After 4 back to back revisions of the app, and this message still persisting, we are unable to use the Freshdesk app, just the web portal.

I can’t reply to ticket
The view has changed to a card view. I want to go back to the table view. I also can’t reply to tickets. Getting an error saying the body isn’t long enough.

Can’t see original post once someone responds iOS
New version not Q/C’d. in iOS version, you cannot see the entire original ticket from sender once there is a response.

Your most recent design is the worst thing I’ve ever seen. And you’ve had to push four app updates in the last few days because you know it’s terrible and doesn’t work properly.
