eSIM conversion abroad for residents.
The app doesn’t any more allows the eSIM replacement abroad for residents. My phone with eSIM was damaged and I am in long trip abroad with eSIM replacement. For residents, eSIM replacement can ONLY be done while they are in country!!! This is extremely inconvenient and absurd. Now having to live without phone connectivity for months when I am out of the country is resulting in huge issues since my banking and other access is compromised😔

This app is a mess. Non responsive half the time. Bad navigations. Useless digital assistant.

New level of uselessness
The app is designed to confuse you and ask you to “login again” over and over. You will see “something went wrong” every time you open it. For a company that has limitless money and deals with technology daily you will expect to have a decent app yet you get this mess. How did they manage to get 4.6 stars is beyond me. Anyway, the app is a mess just like Etisalat don’t expect anything special.
