The app is genuinely good
This is a good system and app. The app is connected to the data from the online portal. If you prefill all the info into the online portal check in is a breeze. You can also add them directly in the app. It’s free up to 20 kids with SO many features, I am beyond satisfied. Pros: Easy to use, it’s kiosk friendly so one check in station- multiple (set-up) users can view on the back end activity. QR code check in option. Can add new kids and guardians on the spot. Cons: you can upload a pre taken photo, which often parents prefer that over taking a picture on the spot. Someone should update this. Also, if you want to sign into a different account there’s no sign out option you have to offload then redownload the app. It would be nice if parents could connect to the kiosk to check in on their individual devices somehow. Great app and company.

Can’t get into app
After creating a user name and password, and verifying the address, the app takes me to a screen asking for a name or phone number, which I was never asked to create. If it is a good app, there is no way to tell as You can’t get in to use it. I am not even sure it is real, might be there to get e-mail addresses!
