ATTENTION ALL CALIFORNIAN RIDERS Don’t do it
Def just got finessed out of my money trying to avoid Lyft and Uber price surge. Opoli took my money and no driver is available. Called customer support to ask how I go about refunding the money that was clearly taken out my acct, the rep just kept saying “call your bank call your bank” I couldn’t even get a sentence out. He said hopefully it’ll bounce back to your account but we don’t see a transaction.
