UPtick is a "flight simulator" for salespeople. It allows the player to practice skills in a safe, fun, life-like, risk-free environment to achieve an uptick in sales production. A variety of 3D virtual sales scenarios challenge the player in Prospecting, Rapport Building, and Discovery. Tracking progress is easy with skill level attainment metrics, as well as predictive analytics based on the player’s current proficiency level. After each scenario, a virtual coach provides recommendations and encouragement for future improvement, making personal development fun and engaging.
