About Yespark, your car park
Our daily objective is to accompany you in your parking experience. This update will allow you to create alerts on the full parkings you are interested in according to the zone you are interested in. This way, when a spot or a parking becomes available, you will be alerted directly. You will also be able to create alerts on a particular spot typz : for example, for a motorbike, for a charging point, etc.
We have also improved the user experience and visual identity to make your daily use of Yespark as pleasant as possible. Download the new version of our application to access these fixes and internal updates of the Yespark offer.

Bad practice - Manipulative Deceitful Practice
I sign up for a parking that came available based on criteria I had submitted. I went on my second trial free day to find out the spot is for a very small car. I submitted immediately a request. My credit card was billed 61 euros. I called the support abd sent an email. I left a bad review. I was contacted to tell me exceptionally I would be reimbursed even though I should not have been charged since I was still in trial. After pretending to reimburse, I was sent a new request for review to improve the score. I left a good review. 2 days later, after the review, I was billed again. Now the company is not responding to any email. This is unacceptable and highly deceiving practice. I will never use this company and I will let everyone I know. We have a huge expat community and you will loose many potential customers.
