Great tool
I’ve been using this tool for about 3 years for different company’s. It has a tremendous amount of information and great for using for teams, assignments, audits and inspections. Some improvements. 1) The reports put all the pictures on the last page. I suppose I get it for reducing waste, but a bit of a strain going back and forth. 2) Customer support, though they often get back to you, you wait for hours to hear back. Then it’s been My experience when you are not available, they close the ticket, causing you to reopen and sit and wait. Also, fixing an issue takes a long time. Days even weeks. 3) allow for more detailed dates pulling reports. If I pull monthly reports that go over the course of a project, I have to pull and submit several months vs one report. One report would be much more clean and easier to use. Other than that, I plan to stay with Safesite for the time being, And have referrals to many friends.

Non-techie staff pick it up quickly, and the digital paper trail makes it easy to share inspections and other documentation/reports with whoever needs to use it.
