The worst ever App
I put all my personal info then it’s said failed verification, This is the job by Hackers, wondering state is collecting all personal data & selling it to hackers to make money?

App lacks a lot of simple UX
Navigation is cumbersome. Simple things like being able to manage entries would go along way. For instance if you no longer have a ticket and want to delete an entry.

App Not Working, Poor Customer Service
App continues to give error when trying scan a ticket. And my password expired. No why to reset password in the app. Emailed customer service… never responded. Called customer service and they couldn’t find my account. I’m done!!

I like that your able to see how much you won. I do wish we was able to see more than what’s ur showing for games .. and sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn’t , where I have to delete and reinstall
