Often crashes or doesn't work - lots of scope for improvement

Extremely Tedious!!
I simply want to register, possibly book. The app takes you through far too many steps to complete this. Creating a password… we all know different apps require different things. Either a capital letter, a special symbol or a numeric character. This app doesn’t tell you what it requires until you’ve attempted multiple times. There should be directions listed, (password requires such and such), this should be simple, but it’s not here.)After all of this it’s still wants me to create an entire profile, like I’m opening up a social media page or something. I’ve taken 10 minutes and I still don’t have a class booked. Ridiculous. I hope my experience at the school is much better than this.
