Unable to to cancel
Canceled subscription last month, was again billed for the subscription this month. Unable to find the source of the billing so as to confirm the billing will not continue. Now on able to send this message!

Can't download past past issues I've previously purchased.
I can not download previous issues of the plein air magazine that I've purchased to my iPad. I have the most current operating system and version of their app. Any future purchases I make of the Plein air magazine will be thru the Zinio app which seems to work fine.
