Dont Listen to the bad reviews, Epos has help me grow my small business and I’ve had no problems
I have been with them for about 1 year and have had no real problems I like that it has its own cloud and saves transaction online or offline, it’s really gives the business a luxury feel to it. I’m in the US and I use Epos daily for my store. Customer support has been helpful since day 1, which is rare to find these days. I’m a small but growing business and hope to keep going with the help of Epos I am slowly scaling and getting better.

False sale promises
I wish I had read these reviews before buying this system. The sales guy I spoke with Alex Jackson gave me completely fake promises. I ordered three accounts for three different business. He said I will get the service of $87/month for one year. Only for them to turn around and start charging two extra lines and not honoring the rate the promised. They didn’t even honor the free months that they promised. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them. But no one is willing to help me rectify the error that was made. I am so disappointed with the level of service. I will say stay away from them.
