Bulls! #1!
App bug making app useless
This app used to work great and I loved the product. Now every time I try to back up device I get the allow permission messages. This tells me to go to “settings>one>photos” and also contacts. However, when you go to the app permission there is no photos or contact option to allow. Update: deleting the app and reinstalling fixed the missing permissions.

Allow files to be visible in Files app
Dear developers, please, allow your card reader to display all the files in Files app. I want to record with Blackmagic Camera app, and cannot do it, because my Photofast microSD lightning card reader doesn’t appear in Files! Which makes it rather useless, since built-in camera has extremely limited capabilities! Please, add Files app support!
