More wasted time
Waste of time. I pay a claim online with health care provider and there is no way for me to upload a photo to the app/website until AFTER the claim is processed. This means filing the bill I just paid, getting an email from administrator to submit it, retrieving it from my file, then scanning, then emailing to the administrator

Usually works
Usually works, but I entered the final claims for 2018 and all have disappeared from the list and it looks like I’ll have to do it all over again. Super annoying, inconvenient, and frustrating.
