Why, AAP, are you not updating?
The web version is not efficient. No index. Table of contents? For as much as books cost there should be more incentive to have a decent reader for those who buy online or eBook versions of books. Web only is short sited and pushes purchase of print. Better investment into this app would serve clinicians and patients better.

Much better than before, but where is support for Apple Pencil highlighting
