If they decide to participate, NCP will provide instructions on how to download the app and account details. The app does not capture personal information about the panelist. NCP manages and protects all PII data.

Absolutely horrible
I have been a Nielsen panel member for about 20 years and love doing the consumption diaries. But this app is completely worthless. You get to do about 3 days, maybe 4 if you’re lucky, and then it just stops working. It is a plain white screen saying “service unavailable due to maintenance downtime, please try again later”. But it stays this way all day for several days, even if you delete the app and reinstall it multiple times. So there’s no way to actually complete the week and earn your reward. Total rip-off.

Keep getting error messages
This app is so annoying. I’d spend time filling out the survey and then when I try to submit, it says there’s a connection error. I try again, I close the app and open again, and still the error if I try to start a new entry for the new day, it says it will close all the data in my incomplete survey. So I’ve basically wasted my time. This has happens several times and I never get to complete a full week.
