The Gratitude-App will be tested for its effectiveness as part of a scientific study at Leuphana University Lüneburg and the Tabor University of Applied Sciences Marburg. It is offered free of charge. To use the app you need a code / a personal client ID. All study participants will receive these access data.

The new opportunity for a gratitude journal - collect moments of gratitude, take photos and share positive moments with others.

Ruminating, worrying and looking strongly at the negative? Our attention is sometimes "unfair”. It tends to focus on problems solely. Negative mood and dissatisfaction spreads. In daily life stress, the positive is easily overlooked. The Gratitude-App will support you change this situation.

Training with the Gratitude-App will make it easier to perceive and appreciate positive experiences in everyday life. The perception of negative and positive experiences will balance, indicating a fair attention. A good way to learn calmness, gain confidence and promote well-being.

The Gratitude-App offers to you:

- Gratitude journal
- Writing down and photographing pleasant experiences
- Photo gallery of positive moments of gratitude
- Instructions for the daily meditative review of the day
- Sharing moments of gratitude with others
- Sharing your own pictures or prepared thank you cards
- Gallery of shared moments of gratitude
- Reminders and notifications for training your attention
- Tracking of well-being in the morning and in the evening, levels of rumination and worry, sleep quality
- Graphs allow you to monitor your own progress
