App Failure
I keep trying to select a treatment from the app but keep getting a failed to synch with servers message. I checked I have the most updated app version (I do), restarted my phone, made sure my WiFi was working, etc and I still keep getting the same message. Super annoying as I’ve already applied the gel which is super expensive and now it’s gone to waste. Reading the other reviews sounds like this product is riddled with technical issues and the manufacturer has yet to address. There would be a way to initiate low/med/high frequency directly from the device for a freestyle treatment for situations like this when the app is not working. Deeply disappointed.

Device fails to sync 50% of the time
Super frustrating to get all gelled up then the struggle to sync the device with the app. I also hate using the app. I don’t like having my phone in the bathroom since my screen time is already too high. Being forced to use the app starts my day on a frustrating note. Especially when it doesn’t sync. So frustrate that I can’t use the device without the app!! I can’t believe this cost so much and is unusable without consenting to an app.
