Cannot see overdue follow-up tasks
You cannot see overdue follow-up tasks in the mobile app. This is critical for this mobile app to be worth anything. Other suggestions: 1. Remove character limitations for notes! 2. iPhone spellcheck function does not work when adding notes 3. Make customers phone number and email address copyable on the main place you see it. Sometimes, I need to copy their phone number or email address into another application. Right now it takes me 3 to 4 clicks to accomplish this.

This app is awesome! Such a great extension of my subscription. Not only can I keep my notes, follow ups, and appointments all in one app, I can sync them with my phone's calendar. And the free business profiles and credit reports enable me to go into meetings with prospective clients prepared. Not only that, I can view nearby businesses to hit on my way out of the neighborhood.
