This application has been created with the dual aim of providing information and encouraging citizen participation. On the one hand, it permits users to report incidents regarding street cleaning, waste collection and other elements related to public space and, at the same time, to monitor them: creation, process and solution. In this process, users also have access to the photos they have generated, location maps and a report of the resolved incident. The application also provides dynamic information to citizens of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat on these services.

The first two sections represented significant innovation in the context of municipal service management when the previous app was implemented to deal only with incidents related to cleaning. This new app extends the types of incidents to others related to public space. In addition, the section "Nearby cleaning services" allows users from any point of the city to consult the street cleaning services (type and frequency) that are carried out in the specific place of the query.
Regarding the report of incidents, these are registered directly on the City Council's server and are automatically connected to the professional applications of the different services for their corresponding management and resolution. This ensures an efficient service, a reduction in the time of resolution of incidents and provides complete transparency in the management process.
