They treat the “employees” like disposable napkins
On a walk with a dog that make me lose control and the keys I get punished for making sure the dog is safe but for losing the keys they threatened with remove money from my account, instead of being thankful for keeping the dog safe in a dangerous situation they punish you for not keep the keys safe even though commenting that the petparent was not upset with the situation, pretty much they returned the money for the service to them and they punish the walker, so, I do not recommend it, they treat you like nothing.

Horrible Experience
I had a very poor experience as a walker using this app. I arrived on time for a scheduled drop in visit and followed the access instructions provided in the app. Unfortunately, the pet owner never received a notification stating that I was coming, was completely unresponsive, and this placed me in an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe situation. Despite making several documented attempts to contact the pet owner before and during the visit, the service could not be completed due to circumstances entirely outside of my control. Wag chose to treat this situation as a standard cancellation and compensated me only $5, even though I had already traveled, arrived, contacted, and entered the home based on the app’s instructions. $5 does not adequately reflect my time, effort, or safety risk that was involved. When I attempted to reach out to their support team, after being told my profits would be revoked as the service couldn’t be completed, they were unable to understand the severity of the situation and fairly compensate me for the job. If you’re considering using Wag, be aware that they do not care about walker safety concerns and provide minimal support when problems occur.
