Alexa plus is way better from the junk that was there previously. It's actually AI controlled with real feedback not just some stupid contributor. You can have decent conversation conversations and actually learn stuff . Can no longer use heaters in smart controls. New update swapped my group of lights in a routine to trigger all lights. No I dont want to turn on all nights at midnight when I say turn on night light. 2/26 Downgraded. New feature: Lying and dishonesty. When problems occur such as a misunderstanding requests, it blames it on schedule tasks (#4 device shut off and intentionally ) or too many requests coming in by "millions of users". It does not take ownership for it's misinterpretation and shortcomings. Additionally found issues/ accuracy with information that it provides. When I question it then finds another source of information and changes the response. Often times that response contradicts its first response. When asked to clarify, again it will lie plain and simple. It will deny having made the first statement. No longer can trust the legitimacy of the information it provides. At least in the old day Alexa contributors you knew were half brained and gave junk information. Now since she speaks with authority you believe the information as truth. It is not citing sources of its information therefore leads to false information present and stated as truth or fact, often times that sources of information are garbage and should not be used.
