Couldn’t connect to VS user interface wifi.
Had no information about how to connect to the WiFi anywhere online or on original packaging for the device. I just found the password but why did I need to find it in the reviews for the app. This needs to be printed on the interface or in the paperwork in the packaging.

Firmware version # conflict & missing feature
Failure #1. On startup the app says it is updating firmware to 1.2.4 but then on the main screen, the app reports firmware version 1.2.1. So-did it update and fail to increment the version, or did it fail to update? Failure #2. Manual page 9 says W1-W2 staging delay can be changed to 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes. Tech support said this is available in the ADVANCED menu. But there is NO place to set staging delay! Failure #3. Should have a documented OFF setting (no timed stage up ever) because that is an allowed OEM setting. Failure #4. The app has not been updated for a year. They sell thousands of these motors and UIs, right? So how can I be the only person noticing trouble?
