Awful

This app is constantly buggy, crashes and freezes, and there are far too menus and sub menus. If I need to report a car parked in the bike lane, why do I need to include the license plate color make model etc. etc. It’s parked in the goddamn bike lane. Tow it. This app is really difficult to use on the go, and I really wish I could just call a phone number to report issues.

Did Oracle create this app too?

Hopefully someone needing experience created this app for free. The speed and way it responds = 00 stars. Freezing up, not uploading photos, = 00 stars etc...the only reason to use it is the city hasn't figured out how to create a mobile website. The full website version is crowded, old, and clunky. Let's better spend city budget resources to create apps and websites applying some quality assurance so it actually performs before payment is concluded. Oh wait, it's government, dagnabbit!
