INSTRUCTIONS
• Unlock your iPhone, iPad or Mac
• Open the Earplug app
Earplug can also be controlled from the Control Center, Apple Watch, and the iPhone lock screen.
The App also works great with headphones (especially Sony WH-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones and Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II) and external speakers. The App will resume after your alarm or timer goes off, and will respond to the Bluetooth media controls on your lock screen.

Its genius is the simplicity
Even though I prefer brown noise or green noise over white or pink, I end up choosing this app every single time when I want to get back to sleep in the early morning, for the simple fact that all I need to do is put on my headphones and open the app. No searching, no fiddling around, no accidentally waking myself up too much by using my screen and brain for too long. Thank you! UPDATE: Even though I'd already given this app 5 stars, I'm updating it to reiterate just how great it is. My circumstances have changed and I can no longer use headphones, but even using it with just the phone speaker it still works very well. I have come to rely on this app so much to get a decent night's sleep that I can no longer imagine my life without it. And still to this day, its simplicity is its genius. Just one tap to open the app, and go to sleep. Please don't ever change this perfection of an app. And thank you, again, for changing my health for the better!
