Designed for ENVOY approved customers to report inventory quantities and create a replenishment order directly within ENVOY’s ERP or Storefront upon submission. The App shows the user a list of closets currently scheduled to be inventoried along with a list of upcoming inventories. Closets users are assigned to approved and authorized by the ENVOY approved customer. More than one user may be assigned to the closet and all users will see the schedule of inventories, once the inventory has been taken all users that are assigned to the closet will have their schedules update to prevent a duplication of the inventory. The App also allows for the storing of offline inventories to be submitted when the user has wifi connectivity. A QR code can be used for identification and validation of the closet. Bar code scanning is available for identification of products registered with the ENVOY item data base. A history of the orders created by the inventories is also available to the user. Depending on users authority level they will be able to update par/max levels for each item. Users have the capability to associate items, that are within the ENVOY data base to a closet if the item is not found on the scheduled inventory list, if the item has a barcode the user may scan it to find the item number to add to the list, or if the ENVOY item number is available that may be used to add to the inventory as well. Functionality exists for the dragging and dropping of items within the list so the items may be arranged in inventory sequence. The feature eliminates the written inventory to be transferred later into a data entry screen. Any submitted orders that require approvers must be set up as a Storefront customer.
