Poor app. Disrespectful to seniors.
Will never use your facilities again. Called for shuttle at Pittsburgh Airport. Ian almost 68 years old and been coming to Flaherty Run Parking spot for two decades. Your phone doesn’t work. App shows no shuttles coming. One finally arrived after 15 minutes. Myself and another senior citizen were there first driver and younger passengers who just arrived at shuttle went around us and got on shuttle. Driver saw everything, did nothing. Said another driver would arrive. He arrived wouldn’t help me remove luggage.
