Recruiting drivers is a very dynamic process. We live in a world where you need to be able to get work done from whatever device you’re at or that be your computer or your phone. This app is so clunky and hard to use on my phone it very much restricts your ability to communicate with drivers. This feels like all they did was give an app icon to something that’s really just a website running on the phone and it’s not built for mobile. At the very least this app should allow us to communicate with the drivers easily since messaging is something we do on our phones every day now but it’s so hard to use for that and it doesn’t notify you when you have a new message. Very unhappy that I’m paying for tenstreet as a service and they tell me they have an app, but in reality this is hardly a functioning app in the 21st-century.
